Congrats to Bailey, Pascal, and the whole Kubanda team for being awarded a Maryland Innovation Initiative grant from TEDCO for technology validation and market assessment of a carbon-dioxed based cryotherapy system for low-cost cancer treatment.

Durr receives NIH Trailblazer Award

Dr. Durr receives a NIH Trailblazer Award for structured-light endoscopy. This $623k award will fund our research on advanced endoscopy imaging techniques to improve the contrast of and sensitivity to precancerous lesions.  The Trailablazer Award is administered through the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, and supports innovative, high-risk, high-impact projects.
